The Donation Box was commissioned by the Slovak National Gallery for a year of free admission, relying solely on voluntary contributions. At first glance, the installation appears simple and unassuming: light on the floor projects text that invites visitors to donate.
Upon making a donation, a ceiling light illuminates the donor, placing them at the center of attention and celebrating the act itself. The project transforms a routine gesture into a moment of recognition, highlighting generosity and participation through subtle, poetic interaction.
